Hi,

I've get a side quest named
Mirror of the soul


Is it supposed to be initiated just in the moment I get the card?

I think that maybe it is an error that the brown action square is empty because if this is correct...I'm not sure to understand:
May I use this mirror in any action, even if I don't use both spiral class icons?
. If the answer to that is yes...then I would complete the side quest just with my next three actions...

There's no error and you understood correctly.
But...
read again the flavor text : i'm not sure you want to overuse the mirror and break it.
