Question about 'Read a Dialog' on map cards

The first card you get for the map has some 'Read a Dialog' boxes on it and we couldn't find anything about when we should read them.

Was there a rule about this? At the moment we just read the one in the direction we were going.

On the back of the card, it is stated that when flipping it, you are to read the dialog on the top left.

If there are pther dialogs, I am not aure, I assume it would be read at the same time (when knowing about it), but that is an interpretation : I have nothing to back it.
