Yes, that is what we were counting.

Card A1001 indicates that on card A1043
only 2 flower buds could be crushed
, however 1 full rotation would stop the gear 5.5 notches away from the starting position, 2 full rotations would stop 11 notches away from the starting position, and 3 full rotations would stop 16.5 notches away from the starting position. Rotating the handle counterclockwise (and thus moving the gear in a clockwise rotation) will result in
crushing 3 flower buds instead of 2
