Not sure I am doing correct with
the subterranian part.
Card 065 says that everything resets when entering a terrain that is not available. Card 504 leads to 078. I am unable to find any 078, either in past or in banishment. Am I doing something wrong? Have any cards been lost? Or this is just a spot for me to reset the board whenever?

Related, an exploration card (X) here refers to taking card 549 if available. I cant find any 549 card either in past nor banishment.

Have I forgotten some cards? Or are the cards always supposed to be missing? Is this just a strange way to say "There is never any loot here and the path from card 504 always leads back"?

This is exactly what the card talks about.
If there is no location card left you need to reset the world.
You most likely already have the card on the board, that’s why you can’t find it anywhere else.
