In get fed or die tring chapter in Introduction and in Conclusion A there are sentences
The soldiers taken most of your supplies..but actually I cant find supplies reduction anywhere. Level of supplies remain the same.
Did I miss something, or It is OK and loss is hypotetical?

That's OK : nothing happens for you in this Conclusion A.
As you have the best finish, your Production production is big enought to survive. The supplies are empty in the story (RP, no indicator for that) but your Production stay the same.
