No green to place

In the
foundations
I cleared an exploration card, had no green to place so returned the Past, still have no green nor gold to place.

Do I just don't place it? Am I playing it wrong somehow to get to this situation?

It seems to be an impossible situation.
Could you give us the Terrain cards where you stand on and where you want to reveal, please?

From what I understand of this region it is rather easy to get to this situation, simply go to the
foundantions
anywhere and keep revealing in a straight line (up, down on card_pick491,497 and left, right on card_pick,511,504), it will happen.

I don't understand why there is no Terrain card available after returned the Past.
You maybe misunderstood the specific rule card_type_global_event of the
foundation
?
See the card_type_global_event card :

I try to give an example :
I enter in the Foundation on Terrain #497.
[deck_exploration_cardX1]
[deck_adventure_card497]
[deck_exploration_cardX2]

I want to go south. I reveal the deck_exploration_card X2 card. After apply it, as it was an card_type_temporary_event, I apply deck_exploration_into_adventure.
[deck_exploration_cardX1]
[deck_adventure_card497]
[deck_adventure_card491]

I must apply the card_type_global_event card
[X1 returned]
[deck_adventure_card497]
[deck_adventure_card491]
[deck_exploration_cardX3]

Now, I can go back to #497 but it's a dead end : other path are closed.
I must to continue south. I reveal the deck_exploration_card X3 card. After apply it, as it was an card_type_temporary_event, I apply deck_exploration_into_adventure.

[deck_exploration_cardX4][deck_adventure_card481][deck_exploration_cardX5]

Is it OK now ?

Well I clearly missed that card_type_global_event card! THANKS! and sorry to bother...

PS: Just when you are doing going to the same places, doing the same return all cards to get in yada yada I did not read that card

I guess I have to restart the entire chapter since it even had the chapters icon... :D oh well
